1. The Furies
writer:RJ Stewart
director:Gilbert Shilton
Sounds grim- the Furies tormenting Xena after she refuses to avenge her father's murder, and discovers that the killer was..... Also quite a lot of physical comedy as Xena goes nuts! Not quite as dark as it was supposed to be, with LL doing a fair impersonation of the Three Stooges during her nutty phase.

DISCLAIMER: Xena's sanity was not harmed during the production of this motion picture. The Furies, however, will be opening their own lap dancing variety show off-off-off Broadway soon.

2. Been There, Done That
writer:Hilary J Bader
director:Andrew Merrifield
A 'Groundhog Day' type episode involving a time loop and lead characters dying. Repeatedly! Xena is in the Bill Murray role and even gets to kill Joxer! A lighter episode, and a very funny one indeed. I especially liked Joxer in this one.

DISCLAIMER: The rooster was not harmed during the production of this motion picture although his feathers were severely ruffled. However a little gel and mousse straightened out the mess.

3. The Dirty Half Dozen
writer:Steven L Sears
director:Rick Jacobson
Xena rounds up a bunch of cut throats to defeat an Ares worshipping warlord. Gabrielle's new shorter outfit makes its debut. This meeting with some of Xena's former associates is also another look at Gabrielle's influence on Xena and vice versa.

DISCLAIMER: No convicts were reformed during the filming of this motion picture. Can't we all just get along?

4.The Deliverer
writer:Steven L Sears
director: Oley Sassone
Julius Caesar returns in an episode set in Roman Britain. This one looks like being a major one in the development of the characters. BIG changes for Gabrielle, really dramatic actually, and the first part of the stories about her well publicized pregnancy. Roman Britain looks just like New Zealand.

(Read my review of this episode)
DISCLAIMER: Gabrielle was slightly well done during the filming of this motion picture. However, the producers would like to recommend a zesty barbeque sauce to bring out the full flavour of this episode

5. Gabrielle's Hope
writer: RJ Stewart
director:Charles Siebert and Andrew Merrifield
Gabrielle gives birth in this one to a girl named Hope- probably not a good omen. Rosemary's Baby anyone? Xena and Gabrielle are still in Roman Britain on their way home when Gabrielle has her happy event. Gabby tells her big lie in this episode. Naughty naughty!

(Read my review of this episode)
DISCLAIMER: Despite witnessing the bizarre and somewhat disturbing birth of Gabrielle's Hope, no farm animals were harmed or traumatized during the production of this motion picture.

6. The Debt (Betrayal)
writer:RJ Stewart
story: RJ Stewart and Robert Tapert
director: Oley Sassone
Xena goes to China(or Chin). Very action packed one. Explains the origin of the Warrior Princess name. Xena remembers a time when she met a remarkable Chinese woman after trying to kidnap a young prince. She spends a bit of time dressed in nothing but mud! Yet more of the rift between Xena and Gabrielle here- and that Gabby! What a bad girl.

DISCLAIMER: No frock tarts were harmed during the production of this motion picture, although they wish they had been

7. The Debt II
writer:RJ Stewart
director:Oley Sassone
The betrayal of Xena seen in part one has her lined up for execution. We learn yet more about her past and the events that made her the warrior princess. Xena tells her little fib to Gabrielle in this one. More excellent acting from LL and ROC, great photography and music. Brilliant episode.

Also appearring is a Hestian virgin priestess named Leah (yep, Lucy again), who is having trouble with men attacking the temple. She also has a speech impediment- can't say her 'r's. 12. The Bitter Suite
writer: Steven L Sears and Chris Manheim
director: Oley Sassone
Xena - The Musical! We know Lucy can sing, but can Renee or Argo? Ares, Joxer and Callisto all sing aswell. The dreaded RIFT will finally be resolved in this episode, but the brutal opening caused some controversy.
All but Lucy Lawless, Ted Raimi and Kevin Smith have their singing dubbed. There are seven songs and it begins with Xena and Gabrielle not getting along to say the least. After falling into a mystical waterfall they enter a strange world where they resolve their differences in song!! Look out for a kiss- but not with Xena and Gabrielle this time.

18. Fins, Femmes and Gems

Aphrodite appears. Another spell one that has people become obssessed with the first thing they see. Xena and fishing, Gabrielle and herself- she was looking in a mirror, and Joxer and some sort of Tarzan style ape man!!! We also get to see young Xena and young Lyceus!
