Biography

Kate Elliott first appeared as the young amazon Yakut in Adventures in the Sin Trade. She reappeared in the Season 5 episode Them Bones, Them Bones as a far more assured but still impetuous shameness. She also appeared in a more ethereal form in Lifeblood. Kate has also appeared in Cleopatra 2525 as Sarge`s younger sister Lily.
Kate played a major role in the NZ crime series 'Street Legal'. During her short career, Elliott has played everything from Ophelia in Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’ to Yente the matchmaker in ‘Fiddler On The Roof’. She has a strong background in dance (Ballet, Funk & Jazz) and Theatresports. She is also a member of the New Zealand Youth Theatre Company and has eight years drama and dance classes at the Performing Arts School behind her.
